Summary
He heard the yells from outside. Saw the civilian's face turning to ash as they realized they had just given out their positions. The quiet unlatching of something in the distance. The canister dropped in the room and rolled on the ground.
Only when it released Scarecrow's fear gas all over the small, badly ventilated room did he manage to move again.

Summary
“Wanna play?”
Damian stares at him unblinkingly. Tyler points at the ball lying uselessly by his feet, as if Damian’s lack of response was caused by confusion. “Basketball,” he adds, lips twitching into a bright grin. He can feel sweat dripping down the back of his neck.
If there’s one skill Tyler was confident in, it was playing dumb. He’s gotten the lead role in enough school plays to know that he’s a somewhat convincing actor. This was Gotham they were talking about– you don’t get the role of Bane at 9-years-old without some serious chops.
“Who exactly are we playing with?” Damian replies after holding eye contact for a very long time. He wipes his face with a handkerchief in his pocket, which Tyler found hard not to gawk at.
“What do you mean? With—” He turns around to an empty court. “Ah.”
And so started their 1v1.
Or, Damian Wayne’s uneventful school life gets spiced up by Gotham Academy’s very own basketball club.
