Months have passed since the end of the Noxus invasion. Free from the rune, Viktor is seemingly stuck as the Herald, and Jayce is desperate to free Viktor from his guilt.
But their time together in the rune caused an unforeseen effect. Whenever Jayce touches Viktor, he feels the full force of human emotion.
While Viktor struggles to choose if he wants to feel human again, Jayce is determined to show him the life they could live together.

On a quest to find a dead man's enchanted heirloom for his goddess, Gale instead finds that very same friend six feet underground, with sharp teeth and cherry red eyes.
A wild thing, skittish and starving, with bared fangs and bloody claws; Astarion hardly recognises his wizard standing above him with a shovel and a slack jaw, gazing down at him like he just struck gold.
