"Come now, let me see. I'm a prefect, we'll go to Madam Pomfrey," Firstie's eyes well up with more tears and she shakes her head harder. "And why ever not?"
The girl lowers her head even more. "Neville Longbottom doesn't go to Madam Pomfrey. He doesn't even cry." Harry frowns again.
"What's Longbottom got to do with this?" The girl stays quiet. Harry sighs and stands up, pulling the Gryffindor with him. "I don't care what Longbottom's doing- you're obviously hurt. Either show me so I can ease the pain on the way to Madam Pomfrey, or wait and show me anyways at the Infirmary without an Episkey."
Slowly, the girl pulled her sleeve away from her hand revealing stretched red skin. In small, bubbly writing were the words, I will pay attention in class.
