Summary
The stars fell from the sky upon a lonely desert planet. The world was made of blood, sand and broken glass - and later on, gunsmoke. What could have been a paradise had become a violent world, one of hard-bitten, traumatized survivors...
Including... the most unexpected.
Ship 3, the single ship of the SEEDS fleet that had remained intact, took victims into their medical facilities in droves from nearby ships that were not so lucky in the early days after the Big Fall. One of the heavily wounded that came in overnight after most of the searches were coming up empty would change everything.
Rem Saverem had survived the apocalypse.
A mix of all canons. Stampede for base-setting. Rem's characterization and much of the backstory are drawn from Trigun Maximum as I prefer that version of her to all others. There are some '98 elements for fun and to fill in details. Planned to end at the end of Stampede's timeline with a possible sequel, which is probably not going to faithfully follow Stargaze as I have established my own "canon" on this story.

Many years after a general peace has come over the sandy planet known alternately as Gunsmoke and No Man's Land, long after the terror of Millions Knives and Vash the Stampede have faded into legend, a certain legendary gunman goes incognito to accompany acclaimed botanist Luida Leitner to a dedication ceremony for a successful project that has taken root.
With the world able to breathe, the people living on it are finally able to learn some of the true history of their planet.

Summary
A mash-up of the settings of Trigun '98 (anime) and the Trigun Maximum manga.
What if in the setting of Trigun '98, aboard the SEEDS Mothership, something terrible had happened in its history? Rem had been there for it, and also Steve. They are newly awakened as part of a regular crew-rotation and it was the luck of the draw that along with fresh crew-members that neither of them had met before, that they would be working together again. They were both witnesses to Project Tesla, one in opposition to the experiments, one a participant in them who was "just following orders."
What if, when new unexpected passengers show up, one will do everything to protect them, racked with guilt over having failed to save their predecessor? What if the other has his own, less healthy responses to his own feelings of guilt?
And what if, through this all, messy, technically-illegal fraternisation complicates matters even further?

The set of classes are based around a book from the No Man's Land era: The Comprehensive History of No Man’s Land: the First 153 Years by Lina Eriks and Vash the Stampede.
