Summary
The hiatus was supposed to be a time for rest, but for Yoongi, it was a long, slow descent into a realization he couldn't outrun: his admiration for Park Jimin had mutated into something much more dangerous. It wasn't just love, it was a bone-deep, quiet devotion that craved a leash.
Jimin always knew Yoongi was there for him, steady, attentive and fiercely protective. He had a crush on the rapper, but his expectations of something happening were as low as they could get, he’d always assumed it was just Hyung being Hyung. He never expected that behind Yoongi’s stoic producer mask lay a man waiting for a command, for someone to give him the directions he must follow.
It starts with a joke from Seokjin and a whisper from Taehyung: "If you told him to bark, he wouldn't ask why. He'd just ask how loud." Once the seed of the idea is planted into Jimin’s head and he pulls the thread, the dual frequency of their lives begins. In the lights of the stadium, they are the world’s most powerful duo. In the blue glow of the Genius Lab and Yoongi’s apartment, they are the Deity and the Devotee. And in the quiet of the morning, they are simply two souls trying to balance the fire with the heart.

Summary
Two years ago, Yoongi and Jimin agreed on a pause. A few days turned into a few weeks, which turned into a life sentence of standing in the exact same spot while Jimin moved on. Now, Yoongi is the perfect friend, the one who tolerates the idiots Jimin dates and lies through his teeth about his own "happy" life.

Summary
Yoongi feels lightheaded and even more nauseas than before. He almost wishes he hadn’t shown up.
His hands are numb.
He could never tell Jimin before. He'd been too scared, and somewhat hopeful that all of this would have been forgotten and cancelled. But here he was now. Sitting inside this pretty decent café, hands and feet numb, his coffee entirely forgotten.
Yoongi knew that this meeting would be inevitable. He knew that this day would eventually come ever since he was 15.
And he finds himself completely unprepared.
Their eyes meet.
Yoongi can read the recognition, the disbelief, the sheer confusion in his eyes.
Jimin stands there rooted for so long, Yoongi is worried he’s going to bolt the moment he recovers. He kind of hopes he does.
But he doesn’t. Jimin was always too strong; too ready to listen.
Instead, with a whole lot more stability than Yoongi would have ever been able to muster, Jimin walks up to the table booked under their parent’s names.
Yoongi stands at once, careful not to knock into the table.
‘Hyung?’
