It's half for comfort and half to work it open, exposing her collar to cool air. “You should feed more directly.”
Alice stares at her like she’s pulled out a loaded gun. Her throat slowly works through a lump.

“I want you to drink my blood while it’s fresh.”A vampire washes up on Claire's doorstep. It only takes her a few months to realize said vampire is really, really hot. But first she needs to get this damn woman to eat her damn meals.

After all, Claire's wings are naturally on the bigger side, and Alice's are so monstrously large you could almost mistake them for an angel's.
