Summary
Leaving Enies Lobby and Water 7 in the distant, Nico Robin can finally start living. The only small hiccup is that she has no idea how to. She knows she should be happy, that she's free now. But after thinking she wouldn't even make it past her twenty-eighth birthday, all of this new found freedom and possibility is starting to feel more suffocating than liberating.
Franky feels amazing! He's got a new lease on life, a chance to fulfill his dreams and nothing but adventure and good times ahead. And he's totally made peace with his past, he had his big emotional catharsis and everything, he's all good now. Super good. His crushing guilt is no more. Now if he could just figure out how to focus on anything for two seconds, he'd be perfect.
OR in which Nico Robin and Franky sort through their trauma and slowly fall in love in the process.

Summary
As an archaeologist, it's Robin's job to explore the history and artifacts of ancient civilizations. It's hard however, to do one's job when the town you're researching is remarkably uncooperative. Her only friends being a very small group of locals and a seal that's weirdly attached.
That is until, a real estate developer comes in to bulldoze the shipwrecks and ruins she's been archiving in favor of a resort that will ruin the town.
In her efforts to save the town that is hostile towards her, she enlists the help of an odd man who's started hanging around out of the blue, and finds that there's something strangely familiar and yet comforting about him.
