Summary
Jason’s concern grew into sympathy when he watched through a sniper rifle and a window as Peter Parker made his bed on a couch in his aunt's office, having no place to stay for the night.
Hence the operation of domesticating the spider fully began. Spider-Man was a spider so these surely should work on him as for any other creature. He clearly needed someone to do basic things for him and Jason had free time.

TL;DR Jason Todd is a member of the Thunderbolts and keeps stumbling upon the Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man and starts a project of domesticating a spider that has extremely concerning habits of not taking care of himself, acquiring a boyfriend by accident.

Months ago, Arthur wouldn’t hesitate. Months ago him and Charles were friends, yes, but Arthur’s loyalty to Dutch was forged in decades of beatings and buckets of blood, sweat and tears. He owed the man everything and was nothing without him.
Now, however… the idea of having his own ranch with Charles, tending to horses, was a nice one.
"I don’t know." He sighed.

When Charles asked him about it, days later, Arthur looked at him sheepishly.
"You asked."
He asked. It was that easy. Arthur was ready to kill for Charles, just because Smith asked. It should be concerning, worrying, but all Charles could think about was the heat inside his body as he watched Arthur choke the life out of the poacher, how he looked at Charles with an expression so open, so desperate for praise and approval.
He was in love with Arthur Morgan, whether he wanted to admit it or not.

"I deserve it, don't I? After all them things I did, all the sins... I reckon I'm owed some of it back, ain't I?" he asked in a whisper so fragile even the cicadas would drown it out if any of them sang that night.
Charles' stormy expression melted into something softer, something sadder. He knelt in front of Arthur, Smith's big hands clasping over Morgan's.
"No one deserves it, Arthur. No one has the right to hurt you." He said, quiet but confident. His brown eyes shone with unshed tears and Arthur felt a pang of shame knowing he was the cause of them. "I wish you'd see that you're worth kindness, Arthur. That you deserve good things."
Arthur felt a pang behind his heart.
"I haven't got the slightest idea what you see in me, Charles. I'm a no good criminal, I'm beyond savin'," he sighed, glancing down. Charles raised his head by the chin, staring into his eyes with pure determination. It was intoxicating.
"No, you're not. I will repeat it to you everyday if I have to, Arthur Morgan. I can promise you that." Arthur felt Charles' breath on his skin, they were so close. "You're a good man."

Summary
I played (and love) ps5 Spidey games, love Jason Todd, I love Thunderbolts, and wrote a few oneshots that are purely self indulgent for just a friend and myself, might as well publish it.
Notes for this universe:
1. Jason Todd left Gotham after the Batarang Incident and was a mercenary working for Valentina and so ended up becoming part of the Thunderbolts.
2. Spider-Man here is the one from Insomniac games (or known as ps4/ps5 Spider-Man)
3. Mary Jane Watson is actually Michael James Watson played by Michael B. Jordan (because I'm a truther ever since that Andrew Garfield interview) and is working as an ER nurse and is dating Peter Parker.
4. Bullseye, Punisher and Daredevil are in a quiet alliance and team-up sometimes
5. Natasha is alive and well and part of the Thunderbolts (Clint is alive too but not a member. How? Idk and idc. I like them both so they both live)
6. Ava and Aleksei are not part of the Thunderbolts here (as their places are taken by Natasha and Jason instead) as I don't have best feelings about Red Guardian and I struggle to write Ava since I never watched Ant-Man movies nor plan to and I don't want to do her a disservice.

Summary
The year is 2024-2025 and the Van Der Linde gang is a cult with Dutch Van Der Linde being its leader. Sadie Adler and Charles Smith are FBI agents, approached by one of the cult members with a deal - they will introduce Sadie and Charles, allow them to infiltrate the cult in exchange for immunity. Of course, nothing about the case is easy.
