In order to cheer her "sister", Roxanne, up, the two embark on an adventure to find Vault 111 with some new faces. Only to accidently set off a chain of events that will change the Commonwealth for better or worse. Meanwhile in DC the Lone Wanderer is dealing with the loss of their own child in a very different way.

Being the only two dhampirs in existence and working for the Hellsing Organization has caused them to become accustom to an odd sense of "normal". However, the excitement that lit up on Roxanne's face when he said that name was far to pure for the King of Vampires to ignore.
