Summary
Ever since Regulus' brother mysteriously disappeared when he was four, he's been fascinated by the world above the sea's surface. But his father, the king of the sea, forbade him from going up there, so Regulus collects whatsits, whosits, and thingamabobs, from the human world instead.
Everything changes, however, when Regulus rescues James, a prince from the above world, during a shipwreck and makes a deal with his banished mother to trade his voice for legs and find James and his brother.
