Summary
Three major events occurred on the worst day of Midoriya Izuku’s life. First, with a “no” from All Might, his desire to become a hero despite not having a Quirk gets crushed. Second, due to his recklessness, not only did Izuku cause trouble for the Pro-Heroes, but he nearly got Kacchan killed. Third, his feet moved on their own for a second time, and he got isekai’d as a result.
The search for a way back home inevitably forces him to cross paths with Hino Eiji, who is currently operating as Kamen Rider OOO. With the realization that this new world is not-so different from his own, Izuku navigates through a strange web of relationships to find what he is looking for. Along the way, he is forced to take a good look at himself and the world he calls home.
Izuku may not be able to change the trajectory of this new world, but this new world may be able to change the trajectory of Izuku’s life.

“Iain… I- I'm here… i- it's alright, we're here tae help ye-”
“Look at me.. Agh!” Trots quivered, curling into himself a bit, Simon took a deep breath, before slowly shuffling over to Trots.
“...Simon…!” Nicolas whispered in protest, but too scared to actually do anything.
“H- hey, I- Iain… uh- T- Trots… I'm right here…” Simon whispered, reaching over slowly, Trots flinching away.
“There's nae way tae tell ye, Simon…” Trots cried, “just nae way at all… Oh God…”
“Nae way tae tell me what…?” Simon muttered, shuffling closer insistently and gently placing a hand on Trots shoulder, the man flinched but did not flee this time, looking up at him with cloudy eyes, his glasses cracked and damaged.
“God…! Look at me…!” Trots began to sob, Simon cooed at him trying to calm him, hand sliding up from his shoulder, up his neck until he was cupping his cheek.

Or: Simon learns the rig Trots works at is in danger and convinces the captain of the Cadal Support Ship he works for to go and save the Baira, and now Simon is responsible for treating and curing the infected and survivors.

How was he back, he knew he had lit the rig up, he could blatantly remember the feeling of heat on his skin before it all went black- it didn’t make sense!
Caz tried to reign in his breathing, swallowing back the lump in his throat as he struggled to breath. How was he back, was he back, was he dead?
Caz pinched himself hard without thinking, yelping pathetically as pain shot through his arm at the action. He definitely wasn’t dreaming then. That meant this was all real that he could never see Suze or his lovely weens ever again, that the girls would grow up without him- that he had truly abandoned them-
Biting back his ensuing panic he got up onto his shaky legs, intent on seeing if he could find anyone else. He had to find someone else.
This doesn’t make sense. The thought kept repeating in his head as slowly made his way towards the deck, the ruined and smashed deck by the looks of it.-
