He could have (should have) just made himself a neighbour or friend, someone near by to keep an eye on her - maybe a lodger in the neat little house the Tardis had given her… but the opportunity to take advantage of this ridiculous time period on this stupid planet where everyone was a walking stereotype and have the Doctor - the /Doctor/, great, mighty traveler who was better than everyone and everything else in the universe as his obedient little housewife was just too big a temptation to pass up.

“No,” Gerri says simply. “You’re going to ask me for what you want.”
There’s another silence, and Gerri wonders if Roman is stroking himself already or if he’ll wait for her to give the word. “But… but that’s hard, though,” he splutters. “Wouldn’t you rather just call me mean names until I splooge? Isn’t that the –“
“Is that what you want?” Gerri interrupts pointedly.
Roman gulps. “I mean... yeah. Have me and my boner not made that perfectly clear already?”
“Then ask for it.”

It starts off innocently enough. She texts him on a Tuesday morning, "I’m on the world’s most tedious conference call with Japan. Coffee would be appreciated."
He texts back, "already got coffee today, can’t help ya ger. don’t you have lackeys for that sort of thing?" and she replies within fifteen seconds: "To clarify, that was not a request."
He stares at the blue text bubble for a moment, and then types back, "cream? sugar? sugar for my sugar mama??"
