[This is going to be a book accurate storyline, not movie accurate. I haven't watched the movie in years but I JUST read the book again recently, enjoy.]
Freya Torne was never meant to make it back into the games. It was supposed to be one and done and yet it was far from it. The Quarter Quell has called her back into action shoving her into the games that had already nearly broken her mind once already. The only upside is the prospect of seeing Finnick Odair because as much as she claims to hate him, he's always had her heart.

Wren is has found herself in the grasp of great power and what better to do than to take a little bit of responsibility? So she finds herself a suit, as poorly made as it might be, and takes to the streets of New York to try and help settle the crime rate. Hell's Kitchen is taken, so that leaves.. the entire rest of New York. Along the way she runs into a rather grumpy man with as skull across his chest. Could this be the start of a wonderful friendship, or will he successfully push her completely away?

Summary

Maple has her name pulled on the very last year that she's eligible for the games along with some prideful merchant boy she doesn't care for. This wasn't supposed to happen, not on her final year.
