  Summary

  A weary Tarnished, Vilmos, willed to life again by the grace of gold, finds himself shackled to Marika's whims and will, to become her shining champion and new Elden Lord. Ally, friend, all amount only to sacrifices in the unwanted journey to the Throne, as once ordained by the Eternal. Hope, kinship, will... they yet remain. Alas their cinders burn ever more meagre.
