James Potter died in 1980
Harry Potter leaves after the Battle of Hogwarts and gets his degrees at Oxford before being recruited to work with Dr. Wu at Jurassic World's lab. He's sent by the ICW and Lord Masrani to make sure that Wu doesn't get ahold of any Magical Creature DNA. He deals with the unwelcome attention from Hoskins. He overhears plans from Ginny regarding plans from Dumbledore and Molly.
Harry Takes up his Lordships (all 5) and moves to the island next to Jurassic world's park. In his summer villa so he's closest to his new job.

Harry Potter was very lonely. Yes, he had friends, a good job, and just finished his mastery in defense, but it was usually just him and his son all alone at night when everyone else had families and lives apart from them. When he learned by chance that he may actually have some living family, it should have been an easy decision to reach out to them. Unfortunately, nothing comes easily to Harry. Harry's biological father just had to be the most difficult person in the world to get a meeting to see, and the absolutely most suspicious when confronted with a paternity claim.
Tony Stark was very lonely. He and Pepper had recently broken up. His friends had betrayed him, and he was now forced to live with the very same people who had hurt him. He didn't think he could take one more blow and stay standing under it. Tony didn't have family; he didn't know what to do with family; too bad Tony's family wasn't sure what to do with him either, but they were going to give it a hell of a try anyway.

Summary
The final battle is fought, and the Dark Lord gets captured. The ministry holds a trial for Voldemort, but after his sentencing, he gets hit with the killing curse, but survives. Kingsley had suspected this, as he had received a letter before the trial.
A letter which tells him that without killing Harry Potter, Voldemort will continue to live. With many problems, Kingsley needs an easy way out just once. Just one easy way.
So he gets Harry Potter killed.
Or!
Harry gets screwed over, and the moment two killing curses hits both Harry and Voldemort, Death gets involved to help its master and its master’s soul bound.
So, the two of them get thrown into the past, hand in hand, back to Harry’s fourth year.
