The only link to reality was a strange man wearing a wet suit, who cried, kissed his hand, and muttered something unintelligible. The man's touch was precise and gentle as if it had been refined by a long wait. Robert did not know that this stranger was looking at him like he was the most beautiful thing in the world.
Why does this stranger act like Robert is the most important thing in his life?

Forced to relearn how to live after being wounded, Robert finds an anchor in Herman. Their silent bond, forged by guilt and hope, slowly begins to develop into something more.
Though the story begins on a "serious" note, it's filled with plenty of humor and satire.-----
