Throw meditation and breathing techniques out the window- Tommy needs something- anything- strong enough to quell the rising panic, because again, what the fuck.
Tommy died. He knows he did. He remembers being hit by a truck, which fucking hurt by the way, and he remembers the sound of his own neck snapping like a dry tree branch. Traumatising experience, -1000/10, do not recommend. Two orders of therapy and a milkshake please.
“Twuck-kun, you bish!” he exclaimed tearfully, “Why the fuck am I a toddler?!”

Or in other words, Tommy should've check both ways before crossing the road. Now he's a pint sized human lost in a forest, looking for human civilisation with his new bestie, Shroud. He was a bone to pick with Truck-Kun. Now, if he can get back to his world without getting adopted by some crazy elf cosplayers that would be great.

Katsuki’s voice was incredibly rough, which made Izuku look up, sharing the view of his face with Katsuki, and oh, a view that was. The glassy eyes, the tears and the sweat, it all looked so god-damn alluring it made Katsuki step forward unconsciously, that’s when he smelled it, this sweet honey smell that made his knees buckle.
“When I use…hng…too much, I become li-ah… like this. I’m truly hm… truly sorry, sir.”
Oh… Oh. This guy was… oh. Katsuki saw his legs pressed together, and shame ran through the kid’s face as he got up with his backpack on his back, ready to bolt. Katsuki grabbed his arm, stopping him from running.
“Welcome to Onaip, Izuku. You start tomorrow at 9.”
Or....
Katsuki is the leader of a guild of super hot and super strong Espers and Izuku is the only one who can heal them, both physically and emotionally.And he smells like honey.

Summary
Izuku works really hard as the sole income earner of his household, which consists of his overspending high maintaince mom, bratty teenager sister, one set of twins siblings and Suni, the baby.
So of course when he loses two of his five jobs over the span of a week, he couldn't possibly refuse the offer of rich alpha bachelor Katsuki Bakugou to pretend to be his alpha boyfriend, all in favour to escape the blind dates his mother insists on dumping on him.
As the weird turns of fate take place, Izuku sees himself hired by the same pompous alpha to be a part of Prince Coffee, a coffee shop where the attendants are all handsome alphas. Though he is not one... but no one needs to know that, right?
Or
Coffee Prince AU, where Izuku is an Omega pretending to be an Alpha to get that check, Bakugou Katsuki as usual sucks at feelings and is rich, and a bunch of alphas in the middle to add to Izuku's mess of a life.

That quirk is not a part of One For All.” All Might takes a deep breath and tells Izuku all about the origin of One For All and the evil man who created it. He pauses for a moment at the end of the story. "Young Midoriya, can you tell me about your father?”
Izuku blanches. “I— what? Why?” he demands. But he knows where this is going, he knows what he can do, he just desperately wishes it’s not true.
“You have his quirk, my boy. You have All For One.”
TLDR: One for All forces the manifestation of Izuku's original quirk. The one he inherited from his father.
