Summary
The rain continued to pour down as the afternoon bled into evening, and Dick was just getting ready to figure out what to make for dinner when he heard a knock at his front door.
Immediately on alert, he grabbed a softball bat—a more likely weapon for a civilian to have than his escrima—from where he kept it near his shoes and jackets and carefully peered through the peephole before immediately dropping the bat against the wall and hurrying to open the door because he’d know that messy head of hair and school uniform anywhere.
“Tim?” he asked apprehensively. “What are you doing here? How did you get here?”
“I-” Tim was shivering and soaking wet.
“Shit, sorry.” He cut Tim off. “Come inside. Let’s get you dry.”Or
Tim gets bullied at school for being queer, but his big brother helps make things better. -

There had been moments where Bruce paused too long before just saying ‘Robin’ in place of Tim’s name. Sometimes, though, the pause would last so long that Tim felt the need to remind Bruce what his name was. Bruce always continued on afterward, not acknowledging his slip.
This though? This was the first time that Bruce had actually called Tim by Jason.

Jason Todd is brooding, arrogant, and scarred by more than just trauma: a walking disaster with a tongue sharp enough to draw blood. But Roy figures he can handle it. He’s seen worse. Done worse. Hell, standing half-naked in front of strangers doesn’t even crack his Top Ten Most Embarrassing Moments.
Dodging bullets in broad daylight, though? Yeah. That definitely wasn’t in the job description.

Summary
A collection of one-shots/drabbles.
----1) Rooster - Jason has been held captive by Ra's since he was resurrected. Tim finds him during the events of Red Robin.
2) Robot Man and Soldier Boy - Tim and Jason are mistakenly transported to the Avengers' universe.
3) Circle Back - Instead of staying with the League, Tim brings Tam back to Gotham right after losing his spleen and runs into Dick in the Cave.
4) Off to See the Wizard - Tim is returned home after being held captive by Mister Oz.
5) Innocence - A couple of scenes of innocent things happening to freshly-resurrected Jason as he's training in France, in contrast to the torture and trauma that he's steeped in at the time. Set during Lost Days.
6) Just Nightwing - An AU where Dick was captured by Deathstroke. After years as Renegade, he kills Deathstroke and escapes to Bludhaven.
7) Defect - For the last ten years Dick, presumed dead by his friends and family, has been held captive by Deathstroke and forced to work as Renegade, but when Slade is killed, Dick goes home.
8) Wandering Mind - Ra's captures Tim and tries to brainwash him....and more!

It took Bruce seven months, two weeks, two days, eighteen hours, and thirty-seven minutes to realize that he had made a mistake with Tim. Now that he knew, he wondered how he let the problem stretch on for more than a week.
or, after returning to the time stream, bruce plans to let tim come to him. he doesn't realize until it's almost too late that he hasn't.
