Summary
Eridan’s problems hadn’t started until the day the history teacher gave his class the family tree assignment. Or at least- most of his problems. If it wasn’t for his damn curiosity he wouldn’t be in a basement tied to the guy he hated and his off-again on-again friend with horrible anger issues. He thought back, trying to remember how everything had gotten to this point.
----A Human AU Mystery fic with scatterings of ships, mostly from Eridan's POV but slight changes here and there.

Summary
An alternative ending AU in which, when making the new world, the dream bubbles collide and all alternate selves fuse together. The beta trolls and all the humans have reached godtier, and have their memories fused with every other version of themselves, including mind ghosts and sprite fusions. The dancestors have not reached godtier but have had the same memory fusions.
I haven't read Homestuck^2 or Beyond Canon, so this is entirely based on my own interpretations using the original webcomic, and the Friendsim and Pesterquest games.
Basically an Eridan Ampora character study in which I explore how he would navigate his new life and relationships in this new society. It'll probably include some quadrant exploration. Undecided on if there'll be smut.

Who needs a wholesome Villains to Antiheroes arc after kidnapping your nemesis' assistant and best friend leading to romance you never knew you could have? Who needs soft touches and genuine moments of hurt/comfort when you can turn the darkness setting up to 11 and deep fry their trauma into making everything downright despicable and gloomy for all!

“Hey,” Bro snapped, both his voice and his fingers to call Dave’s attention to him. Like he was a dog. Dave’s head turned at the sound. “I’m talking to you.”
Dave only glared at him hard, so fiercely he might’ve turned him to stone if he could. He could feel the weight of the skin hanging under his tired eyes as he did so, the beads of sweat dripping down his forehead. Quick, grisly images flashed through his mind on how he would kill him. Swift and fast. Slow and tantalizing. The possibilities were endless in his fantasies but close to zero in reality.
Bro, unsatisfied with Dave’s look of defiance, continued to push him on. “Why the fuck did you come here?”
They stared at each other for far too long to ever be comfortable.
“...I wanted to ask you something.” Dave answered. Plain and simple.
“Tell me then,” Bro asked.
