It’s a little fucking unsettling that the second he’s out of the car and the house is in view, he’s hearing noises.
The full moon lights his way, pale light that leaves him feeling exposed, seen. Steve’s car, the Beemer, is parked up on the drive along with someone else’s wheels, a pickup.
The sounds get slightly louder the nearer he gets. Tommy is hyper aware of his own blood rushing through his veins, a mild edge of hysteria that this cannot possibly be anything like what his folks warned.
There’s just no fucking way.

Summary
Eddie smells blood and skin, he smells Steve in the cells. Living, bright and beautiful, he always wakes first, albeit in a strange, slow way. It’s not really him who wakes first, it’s Little Bit.
Because in the morning, be it rain or sun outside, grey skies or blazing blue, Eddie’s monster will wake at the same time every single day, open his eyes just to check, just to feel. Strange obsession bound by immortal novelty, it never gets old.
Steve is asleep, he’s still bruised and tender and the scent of his skin when bruised is especially… enticing.Series

Summary
Steve Harrington and Eddie Munson had met long before Dustin Henderson dragged Steve down to Reefer Rick's cabin. Hawkins wasn't a huge town, and there was only the one highschool, but the two were never friends. Didn't even like each other. In all their darkest moments however, they somehow found company together.
Or the one where Steve has depression, Eddie becomes his safe space, and when Eddie encounters battles he can't fight, Steve reminds Eddie of his own strength.

Summary
Steve’s relationship with Christmas had always been tenuous, to say the least, but it didn’t help that this was the first Christmas he would be suffering through since his ex-girlfriend had snatched up his self-esteem and taken off running the year before.
He knew it was the intrinsically romantic quality of the holiday season, and nothing more. Just his lonely bones after a year of healing from heartbreak.
But Eddie's arms around him when he needed them most were starting to feel a lot like love.
