Summary
The turtles couldn't stay hidden forever. They're discovered severely beaten and chained up in public places for the whole world to see. The good thing about being exposed is that actual medical professionals can take care of them. The bad thing is that their survival and freedom are now in the hands of humans, some of whom have agendas other than the best interests of a bunch of mutant heroes.
