"What?" Adrian says after a tense moment.
"I can prove it to everyone," Grace says, his heart in his throat. "I'll - I'll make you and Rocky the most celebrated couple on Erid. I promise."
"Stupid human," Adrian hisses. "You would give up your chance for him just like that?"
"Yes," Grace says hoarsely.
"Anything for him."

Which sucks, really, since Grace loves Adrian's husband and all.

Summary
The title is self-explanatory, but in case it isn't—Homelander finds out about Butcher's tumor, and when he scans down Butcher's already decaying body one last time before he leaves with Ryan, he notices something out of place: his breasts are abnormally enlarged.
It vaguely reminds him of his stalker days with Madelyn, when she was trying to breastfeed little Teddy.
Or Homelander hyperfixates on Butcher's condition long enough to understand that his tumor is destroying his testosterone levels and raising his prolactin high enough to possibly trigger lactation with the right stimulation—something he can't quite stop thinking about once the idea settles in.
And once it does, everything gets out of hand.

Except, he doesn’t even make it to the threshold to cross the hallway of the ship. His feet stop. A complete, precise standstill.
Rocky had chittered at him, a short burst of notes, monosyllabic in Eridian despite the layers of chords. He registered it not as any word, yet the command still struck.
Stay.
Heeled. Like a dog.
And it wasn’t by any doing of Grace’s own decision making.
