The harsh sound of skin slapping against skin rang in his ears followed by a strong burning on Bum's arm. He cried out, jumping back from Sangwoo and holding the now irritated spot on his arm. Sangwoo made sure to slap him right on one of his fresh burns.
"I'm talking to you." Sangwoo spat. "Did you even hear a thing I said? You're always zoning out recently, why is that? What's on your mind?" Sangwoo asked, sounding bored and uninterested like he usually did when he talked with Bum about his mind and feelings.
Bum felt his throat go dry. Tears stung in his eyes. What was on his mind?
Oh, so much.
