Mydei always had a habit of sleeping deeply whenever they spent the night together, unlike when they're out and about on missions. Phainon couldn’t help but trace his eyes at Mydei at his most vulnerable, at the softened edges of someone who, when awake, is all sharp words and sharper presence.
