Summary
He tried to take a few steps forward, and found himself floundering like he was in water. He turned his head back and forth, but even the parts of his surroundings that looked familiar to him were somehow changed, empty. No Venatori, no cloaked figure, no Lavellan or the others. He was alone.
Or, even worse, maybe not.
The Inquisition trek to the western border of Orlais to investigate the inexplicable corruption of the Grey Wardens (and maybe patch up some tears in the Veil along the way.) Desert and misery abound and the old ruins of the Order are everywhere. The young Trevelyan is restless and troubled, but jumps at the chance to accompany Inquisitor Lavellan in an exploration of Griffon Wing Keep, an old Grey Warden fortress.
It's too bad about what they find there waiting for them.

Summary
"Well, she's worrying for nothing. They’re all idiots, all of them," he said, voice low. "They think the Game is so hard. They don't know what real fear is like."
"Real fear?" Her smile became deeper, a laugh in the making which she smothered with her hand. "All fear is real, child." She inclined her head to the dance floor, where bodies swept up alongside each other. "They live and breathe it, they crawl here along its edge. You can’t feel it yet. But your friend does."
Visiting Orlais never goes very well. But with Corypheus' sights on Empress Celene, the Inquisition must attend perhaps the most dangerous of all of its functions if they want to retain stability during the war for Thedas: a party.
Inquisitor Lavellan and Andraste's Chosen are only two of a horde of freaks as far as the Orlesian nobles are concerned, and even these vipers are nothing compared to the sinister forces at work in the Winter Palace tonight. Nothing goes as planned, and yet they'll be lucky if this becomes a night to remember.

Summary
A series of fics dedicated to character study of Mael Stronghart, typically from his point of view. Currently serving as a place for me to put the bulk of my headcanons about any potential family he has (as I imagine him being Damon Gant's ancestor,) since it's not likely to come up much, if at all, in most of the Great Ace Attorney fics I'm writing.

Summary
So Sybil really had made good on her promise. She gave Tabitha the chance to save Kaneeka.
By sending her back to the day she met her cousin.
(Powerful Build) You were born for this. Use your strength and drag her to safety if you must.
(Hot) You won't need to do that. Charm her. Make her want to stay alive for you.
...And shoving two crazy voices in her head. Great.
Dissatisfied with the perfect world Sybil has created, Tabitha bargains for a chance to go back and save the woman who had to be sacrificed to allow for it. As she relives the worst week of her life over and over again, each time accompanied by two different yet similarly deranged and surprisingly useful voices in her head, Tabitha realizes achieving her goal will be far harder than she'd envisioned... and that her own motivations for saving Kaneeka are not what she thinks they are.

Summary
Kasuga would have done this with no hesitation. Fling himself into the line of fire without so much as a second thought. Kasuga would have taken to these treacherous waters no problem, just like the dragonfish on his back.
Mitsuo’s feeling less deserving of the guardian that snarls between his shoulder blades with each passing year.
===
Mitsuo's story throughout the years, and how he changed; from the boy constantly running in circles after Kasuga, to the man who risked execution to save the leader of the Liumang.

CONCLAVE CHAOS: ANDRASTE'S ASHES DESTROYED BY DALISH APOSTATE!
Tragedy at the Temple of Sacred Ashes! All those in attendance for peace talks or pilgrimage - apostates and innocent faithful alike - were killed in an explosion that tore the very Veil with its violence. The Divine has been assassinated, our Lady's resting place obliterated by foul magic, and the bloodshed has unleashed demons across Thedas.
A Dalish elf was found at the scene of the attack, wielding the same magic that desecrated the Temple. Through valiant efforts of the faithful at Haven, she was compelled to mitigate some of her vile act, and the Breach in the Veil was prevented from expanding.
However, in grim news, the prisoner has escaped custody, aided by some sort of cult. Blood magic is not suspected, but cannot be ruled out - the prisoner is to be considered highly dangerous. Pursuit is ongoing. We keep faith that justice will be served.

Summary
"First," said Gale. "Do not kill any thinking creatures in Waterdeep unless you must to protect yourself or you have my express permission."
As Gale spoke, he could feel the weight of his words sinking into the person sitting across from him. It was like casting a spell, but took no effort. Astarion had been staring hollowly into his goblet of blood, but at this he made a faintly interested noise. As if the rule were novel and he was considering the shape of it.
"Second, you will obey me in all things," said Gale. There didn't feel like there was any honest way of softening that. Astarion didn't make any sound at all.
"Third, do not leave the tower without permission." Astarion made another speculative noise, considering this one too. But then his shoulders hunched and his eyes skittered down, as if he didn't want to look at what was about to happen.
"Fourth," Gale said, and paused. He started with some context: "There is a tressym upstairs."
Astarion's head twitched. He looked up at Gale, blinking, startled. He had the air of someone who had been bracing for a blow and instead had just been handed a balloon animal.
"A what?" he asked.
