“Princess, I’m offended.” That earned Laurance a sour scowl, and even rosier cheeks. “I’m never one to leave my partners dissatisfied.”
Selfishly, that sentiment left Garroth feeling jealousy coil in his chest, feeling his hands jump to grab purchase on Laurance’s body, as if that’d somehow stake claim over him, before catching himself. He should be scorned for such thoughts.
“This has nothing to do with kisses.” He scowled.
“Ohh, you’re so astute, Prince Garroth.”
Garroth and Laurance are trying to one up each other in a petty fight, and things quickly turn a little more intimate than either of them thought it would.
