Three months after his existence was erased, Peter Parker was not doing so well. His solace came from knowing that at the very least he had managed to save his city in the end.
Apparently, though, Peter realized as Doctor Strange explained to him that he had to give up even more, losing everything-and-then-some just wasn't enough.
OR
The multiverse continues to collapse in on itself. Doctor Strange discovers the source of the problem as Peter Parker. The only viable solution is to remove Peter from his original universe so that no more entities will be drawn to his presence there.
Peter is sent to a world that lost its Peter Parker, and finds himself lost in a sea of people he'd grieved who had all grieved him in kind.

Summary
We all have been told this tale ever since we were little—the story of a brave prince who rescued a girl imprisoned in a tower by an evil sorceress. Many think of this story as childish; they'd laugh it off as just a fairy tale that was told to children who couldn't fall asleep in the depth of the night. However, to her... It's a story that has been her dream ever since she was little.
A strange new girl has transferred to Ouran Academy; she is strange for two reasons. One, she is an apparent airhead, clueless and unknowing to the world around her. Two, she shares the 'Suoh' family name, Suoh Miki.
Despite her initial attempts of brushing off her family name as a mere coincidence, it catches the attention the vice-president of the Host Club, Ootori Kyoya, who decides to keep a close eye on her, giving her the title of Ouran Host Club's Production Designer.
As Miki's friendship with the hosts continues to flourish, she finds herself gravitating towards Kyoya, someone who has taken the liberty of educating the clueless girl on the basic ways of life. As she slowly grows close to him, she finds a foreign feeling beginning to blossom within her, one that she cannot quite understand - Love.
