These days it had become particularly hard to be close to Healy since the weather had become too warm for him to wear his signature blue jacket, instead going with t-shirts or sometimes even just a blue tank top. Holland would have to peel his eyes away from Healy and try to hide his blush whenever he got too close, praying they could call it a day so he could get home quickly and jerk off, grinding on his pillows while thinking about being on top of his partner instead.

Summary
Holland tries so hard to stay quiet during these things. Partially because he knows Healy deserves the break, sure.
But also the kinds of things he wants to say are decidedly, well. Talking about it. In a way that they do not do. Lots of words that are not welcome here in the dying light of a long, hot day of detective-ing.
Healy talks, though. It’s the best part.
