Midorya is an Alpha, though his alpha organ is underdeveloped or something making him having barley any ruts and his pheremones doesn't smell anything
Bakugo is an omega, having his second gender show up early (he is always early), taking extrem amount of sent blockers for no one to notice. Deku is the only one that knows because of his hyper sensitive nose.
