But he’s Captain Kid and he’ll be damned if he lets this slip of a woman keep the upper hand. It’s his turn to mirror her stance, leaning one elbow against the countertop and body turning towards her. Her hair is silky against his rough skin as he wraps it around his fingers, tugging her a bit closer.
She doesn’t say anything, merely leans into his touch. Her gaze is all blatant appreciation and lewd insinuations wrapped in one and her satisfied little half-smirk doesn’t make things better.
They, in fact, make things much, much worse.
He has to remind himself of who he is as she crosses her legs, his gaze now blatantly, openly, shamelessly, following the exposure of smooth skin of her upper thigh.

This story is the result of a collection of incorrect quotes gathered from tumblr, mainly the user incorrectone-piece. The story itself is mainly cobbled together from the inspiration they give me. Since I have no idea where most of the quotes are from, any help with identifying them is very welcome so I can give proper credit!
The characters involved should actually sail the seas with Eiichiro Oda; I thank him for letting me borrow them for the moment. All mistakes are my own.

Summary
