    Oz darkfic: the constitution is amended to adress over crowding inmates can in exchange for sentence reduction contract themselves into primarily sexual slavery. The program is voluntary and targeted to young inmates with long or life sentences.

    Miguel Alvarez who's life has been made miserable by the COs, primarily Loprestti and Howell, is basically told to apply or the abuse will continue to escalate. His initial sentence was 15 years, after the riot and the blinding of of officer Rivera an additional 20 has been added on. Without the program he is stuck in oz for years.

    Miguel ends up interviewing with an older man from upstate. He owns a special farm he says and according to his file Miguel doesn't do well in confinement. His placement would include lots of fresh air and exercise.
