Ring me when you see this! Love ya.”Or, three years after a catastrophic crash permanently ends Lando's career as a driver and Oscar takes his seat, he’s hired as a commentator for the 2026 season. The only problem is that Lando sort of hates Oscar's guts and it’s sort of mutual. The season forces them directly into each other’s orbits, and they discover that, unfortunately, they get along quite well.

Lando considers this. “I like it better than ‘sunshine-and-rainbows.’”
Oscar leans back. “I’m more of a "there is water in the glass" person.”
Lando smiles, like that makes perfect sense.
“Good,” he says. “Then my job is to make sure it doesn’t leak. I’ll make sure nobody tips it over.”Or... Oscar's a CEO of a dying automotive company, and he desperately needs an assistant who's more "in his frequency" so they got him Lando.
