Jason Todd wakes up six feet under ground. Then he starts to remember how he got there. Jason escapes his coffin and remembers the words said in his fight with Bruce.
"I'm not your father Jason, I don't need a teenage rebellion from you."
Instead of searching out Bruce on his way out of the cemetery Jason wanders around Gotham in a catatonic-like state.
Years later, and with help from Talia, he manages to get into med school and start his residency. Unfortunately for him the only place that he never wanted to return to is the one place that still has available spaces to take on the beginners... and Bruce Wayne was going to give a speech to the new residents in the hospital that very day.

Summary
Jason has lived a hard life, from growing up with an abusive father and a dead mom, to dying after a brutal attack, to digging himself out of his own grave, to his new father choosing to save his killer.
But what if fate had plans in store for him? What happens when he gets caught in another explosion after saving his sibling? What happens when he wakes up in a different box, in a different time, in a different world? Will he be able to navigate and survive?

Or: Jason has a very bad no good time while caving slowly, much like a black hole. But then he gets killed and wakes up in the Marvel time line. Only difference is this time he no longer has a mission to stick to, and happens to be the same age he was the first time. Strap in for one choas gremlin with no more fucks to give, unleashed in a time line where Bruce can no longer hold him back. Stick around as he slowly pulls everyone in and forms one new family that will appreciate him fully, even if he may bite sometimes.
Plump with heavy angst, existential crisis, and a healthy dosage of crack to balance it all out.

Summary
Xie Lian has a thing for pampering Hua Cheng. Especially when he's got him wrapped up in his arms, safe and solely his. Like that, he's utterly unguarded and much too tempting. It draws out the stubborn side of the god.
Comparatively, Hua Cheng just wants to know what the big deal is with his husband's strange behavior. He doesn't think Xie Lian's let him do anything all month, always taking over any and all duties despite his protests. And it's driving him crazy.
