Summary
“Soup’s different.” Murphy finally broke the silence, tasting the vague metallic sting of honesty in the back of his throat. “You can fix it if you screw it up. Add more water, more salt, cook it longer—it just works. You don’t get that with a lot in life.”

Summary
“What if” they didn’t banish Murphy from camp after Charlotte, and instead Clarke argued for him to stay.
This is kind of a hot mess. Straight through, single night write. I can’t even guarantee I’m going to read it before I post it. I had the idea. I wanted to play with it. I wrote it down. I’m done with it now.

Summary
"So are you a Survivor superfan?" He asks—be normal Frank, be normal—walking toward some rocks at the far end of the beach.
"Huge," Mel says with a wide smile. "What about you?"
"Me, not really," Frank admits. "I watched a few seasons here and there," —one season, if he's honest— "and I auditioned just for fun," —he hadn't even known that Theo had sent in that stupid video— "and now here I am."
"Here you are," Mel echoes and Frank finds himself a little lost in the melody of her voice. It's lower than maybe he would expect, but the flow of it is an easy rhythm, a pleasing melody.
Entrancing.
"Here we are." Finds it necessary to add on, and the smile that blooms on Mel's face tells him he's said the right thing.
Fuck.
Or, the Survivor AU.

Summary
"Bellamy," she says, she can barely get it out.
But he hears her, because he turns around with a warm smile. He's happy to see me, Clarke thinks. Then she watches his expression shift into something resembling panic as she begins to fall.
He lunges for her, but he can't make it in time. Clarke hits the ground, but she doesn't even feel the impact. Bellamy is over her in a second, asking if she hit her head, holding up fingers. I didn't hit my head, she wants to say, and that's not how you check for a concussion, but there's no time.
All she can make out, as she feels Bellamy's arms around her, pulling up is, "Don't take me to medbay. Don't let anyone see."
"Clarke…" he says, and she knows he wants to fight her on this, but there isn't any time to fight.
"Promise me!" she says. "Promise!" and then she's out before she can hear the answer.
or, a post s2 canon-divergent AU in which clarke after returning to camp (of her own volition), realizes someone is poisoning her and there's only one person she trusts enough to help her find out who.

Sequel to “It Felt Like Home”. Please read it first; otherwise, this won’t make much sense. There was a souvenir, after all. Yet another real reason for why Admiral Janeway came back to save Voyager.
