She laughs, pressing her lips against his chest, muffling the sound. “Did you take that picture hoping I’d stare at it for way too long, that I’d wish I was there?”
He rolls his eyes. “I guess in the loosest sense of the definition, that’s what it was. Why?” His hand skates up and down her back.
“Well, I did. Stare and wish I was there. Here,” she says, drawing little nothing shapes with her nail against his chest.
He presses a kiss to her temple, and she smiles. “You are now,” he whispers, and it feels full of promise, like a sunrise, or a cresting wave, or kisses in the dark.

What happened … definitely wasn’t one of the things that could be told. Or even shared with their closest friends and family. He didn’t want to ask her, in the middle of a heated makeout session. Her shirt was off, her open clasped bra already revealing her chest. They’d just returned from the hospital after a day straight from hell. People in Los Angeles seemed to know just how to make the perfect mix for disaster. After a few stitches, a bruise the size of a baseball on Lucy’s side, and scratches and scars to last a lifetime they were on their way home. He’d pinned her to the wall of their bedroom, his lips traveling down her neck and to her breasts as the words came out a little too easily. “Fuck— you’re perfect.. could marry you right now” he murmured out. The second they slipped he said a mental prayer that he had mumbled low enough that she didn’t hear what he’d said.
Lucy's breath hitches, “What?” she asked after a second. Okay, so he wasn’t going to get away with this. He continued his attack on her body, but before he was able to pull one of her nipples fully into his mouth she pulled on his short blonde hair.

Tim was a control freak.
Well, that's what Lucy kept repeating over and over again.
But, for the organization of their wedding, Tim's character was very useful.
Everything was under control, and just a few months before their wedding, the only thing they were missing was the buffet.
More precisely, the exact number of guests.
A few days before the deadline, Tim noticed that Lucy was not in her usual state.
And when he saw the list of people who still hadn't responded to the invitation, he quickly understood what was bothering her.

Summary
After a car accident, Tim wakes up with no memory of the past four years — mentally stuck back when Lucy was still just his rookie.
Meanwhile Lucy is forced to grieve a relationship that technically still exists… but only for her.
But Tim slowly realizes that even without the memories, something in him still feels drawn to her.

Tim loses his memory from season five to season two. For Lucy they are in a relationship, living together. For Tim, they are T.O and boot again.
