Two years into Ryland Grace's trip to Erid, and the scientist was starting to take a turn for the worse. Passing by a random transmission, the Hail Mary was slowly starting to die. The Nanny-Bot was fucked, he was missing a fuel tank, and the communications was driving him insane.
It surprises him when he hears what sound like a humans voice- English no less.

It's been seven months since Grace met up with Rocky and they started their journey back to Erid.
It's been three months since an unexpected and unexplainable passenger joined the Hail Mary.
Three months of Grace hoping the only other human he's likely to ever encounter will survive despite having horrific injuries that he reasonably shouldn't be able to. But he'd made it so far, it'd be a shame to give up now, right?

He didn’t know what to do when that bubble burst against his will, forced to coexist with his best friend the alien, his brother, who he barely talked to anymore, and the quiet stranger that he rescued.
