At least he can report back to Pantalone and tell him the employees are always out for profit; even if his debt collectors could learn a thing or two. He’ll make sure to praise Ekaterina especially, so maybe she can get that raise she’s been after. And if Childe is really lucky, he can deliver his report and make his exit fast enough so that Pantalone won’t start yapping and try to pull Childe into smoking with him. The man is surprisingly fast for his age, so Childe will likely not be very lucky. Shame.
