''What did you just said?''
Caine has found himself in a bubble of conflicts and feelings that he refuses to deal with, and like the mature person he is, he puts them aside for years.
Feelings involving his Computer Science professor, Grant, and coincidentally, also his new ecology professor, which is also something Caine loves to study. Three years have passed ignoring these feelings, however, a new student, from Grant's past, arrives at the college, and everything Caine has kept hidden comes to the surface.
And in the midst of all this, Caine loses something important to him, and Grant was the one to find it. During this moment, something happens that could change everything.
And Caine, little by little, begins to break down after this.
Consequently, his performance begins to gradually declines because of this situation, and Grant notices this immediately, since Caine is one of the best student of his there. At the same time, Grant also tries to deal with his feelings regarding a beloved student.

This was his domain, rules bending to his will and his alone. Willing to cross lines to protect what was rightfully his, and to finish what they started. Nothing was going to get in his way.

Alastor is an opportunist, there is nothing he won’t do in the pursuit of survival.
Upon his death, he was astonished to see cannibalism so openly practised in the streets (with an entire town named after such) but even moreso, he was shocked to learn there are those who would happily pay him for the privilege.
Much has changed since then (he never should have met Valentino, he never should have signed that damn contract...) and under threat of homelessness in Hell, putting on a false show of decency for a pair of angelic belles in exchange for a free room at the former Exorcist’s new Hotel project didn’t seem too bad of a deal.
After all, there’s nothing he won’t do, won’t put himself through, in order to accomplish his goals. And hey, he’s always been quite the savvy performer.
(If only he could forget the memories he made with Lucifer, the easiest client he's ever had…)

“Your rut should hit before the games end, yes?” Il-nam chirps, like it’s an entirely acceptable thing to ask, and In-ho clenches his jaw.
Stiffly, obediently, he answers, “Yes, sir. It won’t interfere with my performance.”
The old Alpha leans in, devious intent glittering behind the mask. “You should use 456.”
“Sir?”
“Really. I want you to have him. I picked him out for you. His scent is excellent, despite his background. And he’s very docile.”
“That’s very thoughtful, sir,” In-ho says, and tries to turn away, but the Host catches at his sleeve and emits a musty pulse of dominant pheromones, the frail old fingers shockingly strong.
"Tonight,” he says placidly. “He’ll die tomorrow, and I want those tapes.”
In-ho’s stomach turns. They’ve never intruded on his rut like this, on a moment of privacy this primal, this raw.
“I have,” he says, slightly raw around the edges, “Perhaps, a... more entertaining alternative.”-
The Host wants the Front Man to put on a show with Player 456. In-ho would rather eat glass, so he comes up with an alternative offer.
