You never would have thought that something that looked so much like a doll could be so scary, until now.
You could hear the thing behind you as it lurched down the hallways after you; jingling and clattering, literally bouncing off of the walls in pursuit of you, giggling endlessly as if this were all one giant game you were trapped in.
“Punny-- Punny, easy!” you warned it, breathless and shaky as you rounded a corner, trying to sound commanding. It didn’t really work; you sounded more like you were going to pass out. Sweat was beading on your skin, dripping down the back of your neck and sticking your shirt to your back-- you couldn’t even tell how long you’d been running, and it showed no signs of stopping.
“Don’t run away, pretty lil’ thing!” Punny crowed in response, “Don’t’cha wanna play? I’ll take real good care’a you~!”

Nel St. Clair had seen a lot of things in the span of his rather modest life, technological advancements not the least of which. He was an older man, and he didn't pretend to know much about the world of robotics; his experiences with most forms of technology were severely limited, mostly to his younger days, and even then mostly to things like Tetris or Pong (although one of his nephews had recently put him on to a game called Bejeweled Blitz, and he'd found he was actually quite keen on it).
The point was, he could fix a car or the odd stove or radiator just fine, but he was perfectly out of his depth when it came to things like the advanced AI systems at Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex.
He'd just have to learn as he went, he supposed.

Summary
Spamton doesn’t know how he got here.
He doesn’t recall leaving Queen’s mansion or planning a date, much less at this bar, but he decides not to think about it. He’s always been a bit of a lightweight. Maybe the drinks have covered the memories up, burned them beyond recognition, and he will find the remains in the morning with his head pounding. Besides, having Jevil around only makes thinking all the more impossible.
He is a wonder all his own in the neon spilling in from outside the window, in the low light overhead. He tells a joke that makes them both laugh, but Spamton is more preoccupied by the sight of moving lips and the golden fangs behind them. Fantasies best left unsaid, even if Jevil would be more than happy to indulge.

Whether Tenna was more flustered by the title or the compliment will remain a mystery, lost to the abrupt yelp he lets out. Jevil’s hands have since moved to the wires. They thrum and pulse, hot against his palm. The signal, the raw electricity almost seeps out to crawl beneath his skin. The life essence of someone far bigger rests vulnerable and fragile in his clawed hand. It’s impulse, the giggle bubbling at the back of his throat.

“HOW TENSE, TENSE! A SPRING WOUND OH SO TIGHTLY.” Jevil answers (not), closer than Spamton remembers him being a moment ago.
Danger, danger, danger blares the code that still remains inside Spamton, beneath the outer form forced upon him. He feels warmth, too, for the first time in years. Jevil is closing in, shadows curling around his face like the finishing touches of a haunted painting: equal parts stunning and frightening.
