Tenko is, as one might expect from a child that accidentally killed his entire family, very much traumatised. But All Might is not about to give up! These things take time, after all, and he just has to keep reassuring the lad that no, he's not evil, and no, All Might is not mad because he Decayed the door handle/toy/plate...
And in the meantime... well, he did spend quite a chunk of change on that console. If Tenko's not interested, he might as well have a go - after all, he's the Symbol of Peace! How hard can video games be?

Summary
Katsuki's parents get him a dog. When he discovers that Deku has a fear of dogs, Katsuki becomes determined to make Deku like his dog, in particular, because Grenade is the best and only idiots would be afraid of her. He does not intend to con himself into rekindling his friendship with the stupid nerd, or to come running when shit happens. But shit happens.
(And, if asked, he'll insist that he is not, actually, friends with Deku, no matter what it looks like from the outside.)

Especially for those who had pups, maternal instincts could increase drastically. Kacchan happened to be the territorial type…the very territorial type.
In other words, a very bratty Katsuki, a head-over-heels Izuku, and a Kirishima who was at the very wrong place at a very wrong time.
