Summary
Five years pass from the end of season 3. Spirits and Such is becoming a reputable business!
This is a multi case fic that explores the developing relationship between Reigen and Serizawa. But is also very Reigen centric and angsty. Borderline crackfic bc of all the shit I put them through, it doesn't end.
First Arc: Reigen gets cursed, Dimple is in hysterics, Serizawa is...okay with this turn of events.

“Ilya—hah—we can celebrate like this later, spare them the demonstration…” Ilya doesn’t immediately move away; he takes his time as he peppers a few more kisses above Shane’s collarbone before coming back up.
Ilya gives a small smirk. Shane thinks it would be nearly impossible for him ever to look scandalized.
“Spare them? Is that what you want?” His hands are back at Shane’s waist, rucking up his jersey with purpose this time. Shane feels the warmth of his hands through his compression shirt. He holds his breath as Ilya leans in and speaks softly into his ear. “I thought we were securing our dynasty.”
Or: Shane has the dream where Ilya fucks him on the ice, again.

Summary
The landlord had explained it. The whole building’s foundation was crumbling and the apartment complex was a ticking time bomb and was being demolished, so now Reigen was out of a place to live. It was very sudden, but the city was cracking down on dangerous buildings due to several recent incidents of injury, so Reigen sighed and got to looking. He spent a week between clients surfing for a viable place to live, but nothing seemed to be in his area or price range, even with the returned deposit from his previous landlord. Then, finally, he found a little place on a Wednesday. That next Thursday he went and toured it and the Landlord there seemed pleasant enough to work with. The rent was incredibly cheap and there was even an in unit washer and dryer which is something his other apartment lacked. All in all, he was beyond happy so he signed the lease and moved in that next week on a Tuesday.
Or
After moving into his new apartment, Reigen begins experiencing unusual occurrences from sleep walking to nightmares and interactions with people that leave him at a loss. He wonders if these new and odd experiences are coming from the old and odd door in his new and normal hallway that calls to him every time he’s alone.
