Summary
In the beautiful city of Towa, past hotels and restaurants and apartment buildings sticky with memory and more blood than its citizens would care to know, there is a tall, darkened building. This building houses the Kamukura Institute, a research facility for the paranormal, strange, and mysterious. The top floors of this Institute teem with researchers and secretaries and paperwork, a bustling office of the macabre, but, below all that, there is the Archives. Here lie statements from the general masses, people who saw things that they shouldn't have and could go nowhere else. Of course, every Archive is only so good as its Archivist.
Kyoko Kirigiri has only had the job - complete with a team of research assistants, a mess of unorganized statements higher than she is tall, and a healthy supply of tape recorders - for a short while, but she figures that she's up to the task.

Such an in-character columbo, such a nightmare for her to be put in, I keep envisioning this like it were a genuine episode and it's so easy like this is just like. Such a fucked up episode. I don't know how columbos gonna get out of this one but I believe in her. I love this like you wouldn't believe it's so fucked
