Summary
The Hero Public Safety Commission implements a new publicity stunt meant to drum up some good PR. Heroes and civilians will get anonymously paired up as pen pals for a few months. Fans get to talk to heroes, and the HPSC gets to say their heroes are down-to-earth and involved with the people. It’s a win-win. All Might doesn’t need the publicity, but he feels like it’s a good opportunity nonetheless, so he enrolls in the event.
Problem is, All Might’s pen pal writes some pretty concerning stuff. He’s sure the kid is being bullied. And even worse… the ‘anonymous’ person on the other side begins to sound a lot like a certain successor of his. He’s going to get to the bottom of this. And if he finds out somebody’s hurt a single hair on his student’s head? Well… he’s the number one hero for a reason.
(AKA: the dadmight-centric Aldera Faces Consequences fic I’ve always wanted to write.)

Villains across Musutafu are going missing. A mysterious quirk specialist appears in the underworld of the Red Light District.
Nedzu decodes a message from a missing boy that reveals the secret behind All Might's quirk. The Shie Hassaikai get themselves a 'qualified' alchemist to create their quirk nullification bullets. The anonymous boss of the League of Villains has his eye on a certain quirk specialist who may be able to help him acquire One for All. The Hero Commission get wind of a vigilante who is behind the revolutionary quirk-enhancing technology.
Too many convenient coincidences lead Tsukauchi and Eraserhead to look deeper into the missing persons case of a boy named Izuku Midoriya and the less-than-legal quirk specialist Deku.
The race to find the boy before the Hero Commission, or the League, commences!
OR
Midoriya becomes a vigilante selling quirk support items to villains to catch them, and catches the eye of too many important people because of his skillset and damning knowledge of One for All.

izu has been missing (reported by toshi like 2 weeks later) - timeline is a little unclear about him (and also his mom) being attacked by Slime Guy, which its assumed thats when he learned AM's secret
Tsuka is having a hell of a hard time finding him, and to add more to his plate, Eraser asked him to look into this new villain/support mech dealer -- named Deku
Deku has been working under OverHaul, finished the drug w/o Eri's blood, and prompted the heros to raid the place (he was long gone, with his handful of samples and knowledge)
Nedzu knows more than anyone else, but hasnt spilled Deku's identity
Tsuka is interviewing Aldera to try to find Izuku, and JUST heard Kats call Izuku "Deku" -
