Summary
A few months into her school life, Levi gets a call from Mikasa's teacher about a fight that broke out between her and another student. The school tries to pin the blame on Mikasa after she hits a boy in her class for touching her inappropriately, when Levi questions why it only seems to Mikasa who's gotten into trouble, the school tells him that "boys will be boys." Needless to say, Levi is not happy with that excuse.

Summary
Three years after the defeat of the Titans, Levi Ackerman, now settled comfortably in a slowly recovering Marley, tries to move on with his life. Grieving the loss of his friends and suffering chronic pain from the injuries he sustained during The Battle of Heaven and Earth, Levi has tried everything to find relief. No amount of exercise or alcohol has ever been sufficient to ease the agony his mind and body puts him through daily. Even Gabi, Falco, and Onyankopon's presence can't distract him long enough to keep him from going to a dark place. When Mikasa comes to visit, she learns of the remedy that causes Levi's life to spiral. With the help of Levi's next-door neighbor, she does everything possible to bring him back to life. Eventually, Mikasa's association with Levi and their shared ancestry puts the target on her back too, and it lands them both in a situation where they must fight, not just for their freedom but their very lives.
