A consequential AU. After going over an anti-bullying lesson and an investigation into their past, Bakugou’s “flying swan” joke has landed him in big trouble at UA- with both his teachers and peers. The students of 1-A have made up their minds, and Bakugou is no longer welcome. When it seems no one wants to partner up with him for an assignment, he’s made to complete it alone- a rescue mission on Ground Beta. But when things go wrong in this seemingly harmless assignment, Bakugou is left broken and has to deal with the consequences of his actions.
Ten years later, after the accident at UA, Bakugou is trying to accept his life- disabled, living with a nurse full-time, and unable to work- when the top three heroes come to ask him for a favor.

Bakugou hits the ground hard. He rolls with the momentum, wheezing, the impact forcing the air out of his aching lungs. His eyes blink open, cheek pressed against the cold concrete. The world spins dizzyingly before settling to grey.
He tries to push off the ground but pain shoots through his left arm and he collapses with a shout. He glances down, panic quickening his heartbeat. The sin around his bicep has disintegrated. Flesh peels away in thick flakes until he can see the white of his bone. Bile rises in his throat but he swallows it down, blinking hard against the tears welling in his eyes.

His explosions die down; his burning glare meets iron-cold, and in it he finds no room for question.
He will be accepting this win. Whether he wants to or not.

The villains only had the one quirk suppression collar, which they'd slapped on Deku the moment they could, but they had this weird head gear they wrestled Katsuki into, some nightmare of leather and metal that covered his eyes and had some kind of grate across his mouth to prevent him from biting anyone. Combining that with them taking his hearing aids, meant Katsuki was literally and figuratively in the dark. Somehow, without Deku's quirk and without Katsuki's sight or hearing, they were going to have to free themselves and get back home.

Sero wakes up by inches.
He’s too hot. That’s the first thing he notices. He’s soaked in sweat, and the heat pressing in on him is practically a physical thing — a humid fist clenched around his body, squeezing the air from him with every gasping breath he tries to take.
He can’t move. That’s the second thing.
A weekend mall trip becomes a fight for survival when Sero and five of his classmates are kidnapped. Sedated and restrained, they are unable to free themselves when the truck transporting them crashes, leaving them stranded inside under the midday sun. With the temperature rising and no way to call for help, they struggle against time and their own deteriorating conditions as they try to get out alive.
