Megumi has to physically shut his eyes to conceal the depth of his eye roll. He turns toward the shout and is entirely unsurprised to see Itadori Yuuji hanging out the passenger side window of a car. The guy is wearing a backward cap and muscle tank, thick arms on display. So stereotypical for a frat boy.
The car rolls slowly along, keeping pace with Megumi as he continues to walk. Itadori is now halfway out of the window as he leans on his folded arms, lopsided grin on his face.
“Can I get your number?”
“No.”

“Oh, yeah?” Megumi asks, unable to resist the opportunity unfolding so perfectly before him. He leans in so his breath ghosts against the shell of Yuuji’s ear, letting his grin bleed fully into his voice with honeyed warmth. “Is he strong?”
“Yeah, very,” Yuuji snaps. “And he just went to the bathroom, so you–” The words cut off abruptly as recognition finally pierces the thick fog of alcohol; Megumi feels the precise instant it happens: the tension in Yuuji’s body shifts from being defensively rigid to something else – surprise laced with embarrassed heat and clear, flooding relief. He turns his head at last. “Megumi?”

When he opens his eyes, the room spins wildly into a kaleidoscope of colors, so he closes them again, breathing in and out until he feels less like he might throw up. He suddenly registers a warm weight over his waist, and lifts his head to see a brown arm thrown over him. It looks startlingly familiar, but different, bigger than he remembers, more toned.

Dating Yuuji Itadori is the best part of Megumi Fushiguro's life, but, as always, there’s a catch. Yuuji wants to keep them a secret from the world, and not being public information is slowly eating away at Megumi inside.
All of Megumi’s insecurities and desires get tested at Yuuji’s Film Club event. The results of their actions at Film Fest spill over into a viral problem the next morning, threatening to alter their relationship for better or worse.
