Light Yagami had everything. He excelled in all his classes, top scores in each. He had a string of girls who admired him, he looks were a key factor in that, his body was lean yet in shape, his facial features sharp and masculine. "A handsome young man" as his mother took pride in saying. His family too well off, and privileged. His dad, the chief of police.
He had everything...yet there was this feeling...like something had ripped open his chest, its claws tearing through skin and crawled inside him, made it's home, that was now slowly eating him from the inside, maggots eating at the inside flesh of his chest. Like he was a rotting corpse...maybe it was normal...Light had prioritised his studies over friends so...maybe this feeling was normal, was something would dissipate. Let him live in peace.
