Summary
Danny Fenton is just your average big city paramedic living in one of the most dangerous cities there is: Gotham. Or is he? What most people don't know is he is a retired superhero from the small town of Amity Park known as Phantom. After the burn out that comes from being a lone teenage hero and a difficult reveal to his parents he decides he needs to get away. And what better city than Gotham for a man who loves to help in medical crises.
Dick Grayson: detective by day, superhero by night. Well that's what he was until the reality of working for the Bludhaven police department set in and his depression took over. Now he's quit his day job and works for his adoptive father's charitable organization. But that doesn't stop him from continuing his superhero work as the one and only Nightwing.
But when these two soulmates meet on a rooftop at night and their timers run out, happily ever after isn’t as easily achieved as one might think.

Steph stares.
That wasn’t there before.
There is a kid in her kitchen. Fridge open with one hand, and he has one of her juice boxes in the other.
The kid had clearly not expected her to be there either. But neither of them has said a word since they locked eyes from across the room.
The silence stretches on, as does their unprompted staring contest. Steph's eyes are getting a little dry, but she refuses to blink.
It's the principle of the matter.
She considers speaking. Asking questions. But as she wracks her brain for an appropriate comment, not a word comes out of her mouth.
For now, she can only look on in utter bafflement, because...
That fridge was not there before.
Neither was the kid but, priorities.

Kal’s jaw tightens “Bizzaro.”
“This is a combination of your genes and a human donor, with some of J’onn’s DNA to hold it together.”
Bruce can trace the Martian's contribution with the barest hint of the way the clone’s eye is shaped. Just an impression, a barest hint that would never be connected if Bruce hadn’t seen the files for himself.
Kal bites in a terrible sound that emits from somewhere in his chest, a pitched keen that makes the hair on Bruce’s neck stand straight up. “Where is he?”
