Summary
After his execution at the steps of the Sept of Baelor, Ned Stark unfortunately wakes up in the middle of his worst memories instead of his afterlife. Forced to wade through some of his most unpleasant experiences, Ned begins to realize that the facts that he built his world around crumble like sand at the slightest provocation. Faced with a morality crisis that could change the events of Robert's Rebellion, Ned embarks on a journey that will change the course of history. Whether that be for better or for worse is something that only Ned can decide.

Summary
Yaga levels them all with a look. "You're being reassigned."
Shoko sighs. Oh boy.
Twin scrapes can be heard as Satoru and Suguru leap up, voices overlapping in protest.
or, Satoru and Suguru get separate assignments; this is widely considered a bad move

Bookmarker's Notes
He must've fallen asleep waiting for Satoru to come back from his mission; Satoru and Shoko have clearly taken it as an invitation. But, there's worse ways to wake up, so Suguru can't even be too upset about the fact that he's currently more or less being held hostage under the weight of his friends.

Summary
“Don't make him wait,” Shoko says, cutting him off, and Satoru looks to her so quickly his neck twinges. “It was always Suguru. We both know that. Everything.”
His best friend. The first person who understood him, who saw him for what he was, who wanted to be by his side not because of power but because of substance. Satoru had never felt like a protector. He had felt like the protected.
“He was the beginning of the end,” she finishes. For the world. For you. “Fix this.”

Or Satoru mulls over his life long enough in the Prison Realm to finally make a difference.

Bookmarker's Notes
The same way Satoru had looked at Kenjaku, betrayed by his own eyes, and had known in his heart that it was not his best friend. Suguru is staring at him now in much the same way, and Satoru can’t even be bothered that he’s trying to kill him because it means he cares.
He’s smiling again, relieved, and he turns with Suguru, too pleased to take his eyes off him.
“There were—a billion things you didn’t do,” Suguru says, and the knife shifts to the side, catching the glare of a small lamp in the corner. Lightning flashes outside again, directly on Suguru’s face, and he looks just as dangerous as the blade in his hand.
And Suguru says, “But I knew it wasn’t you as soon as you showed up last night, because Satoru would never have come for me.”
Satoru’s smile falls. Oh. -

Bookmarker's Notes
When he left, he thought his love for Satoru would die off like a plant does when it’s kept from the sun. But that plant was stubborn. It didn’t care if the sun was gone, or if Suguru stopped taking care of it or even resented it at times. His love for Satoru grew and changed as he did.
In time, Suguru stopped trying to fight it and simply accepted it. He’d thought it was foolish of him, loving someone who probably hated him after what he’d done. But apparently Suguru’s love for Satoru doesn’t need to be returned or even treated kindly to thrive, for better or for worse. -

Rex stepped out from the corner where he'd tucked himself, out of the way. "Not injured." He nodded to Anakin, who had a Force-suppressing cuff around his flesh wrist. "Is he going to be all right?"
Kix sighed. "I have no idea. This Jedi osik is beyond me." He hesitated. "He...he asked Commander Tano to kill him. Demanded it, then went for her lightsaber. Said...he saw things."
Rex's face tightened as he stared down at his general. The beep of a heart monitor was the only sound. "Saw things," he repeated.
"Vod, why are you here?" Kix asked.
Rex straightened and looked Kix straight in the eye. "It's time to stick my head in a scanner," he said. "Don't you think?"
