Hyrule was tired. Hyrule was beyond tired. Hyrule was exhausted. He can only remember two other times he had been this exhausted and they both were towards the end of his adventures. Back then, he had curled up in a log and prayed that no monsters would find him while he rested, desperate for just a bit more energy to complete his current task. But this time, that wasn’t a choice, he wasn’t alone and his family was depending on him.

Summary
“Hyrule!” Four had not thought much about Hyrule leaving the campsite during his watch. They were in Time’s era and he said they were in a safe location. The pre-dawn hours were a good time to get some peace and quiet for the heroes that needed some daily alone time.
“Rulie?” But he had not come back by the time Twilight and Time got up. He started to wonder if Hyrule had gotten lost again.
“Hyrule?” Then the smells of Wild cooking breakfast did not bring him back to the campsite and his worry grew.

“I see movement! He is still alive!” Twilight cried. Wild was closest to the victim. At the cry Wild started climbing the rock wall and sawing away at the ropes holding the person up. He handed him carefully down to Warriors. Sky and Twilight were providing cover and taking down the high priest who was desperately trying to get his victim back.

Summary
Hyrule stopped in his tracks at Wild’s display, his hands still outstretched. He heard gasps of awe and Warrior’s declaration of “An angel!” from behind him. As for himself, he could only gaze in awe. He had seen a few Avians in his time. They did not tend to advertise their status due to the black market hunters, but his wide travels meant that he had more opportunities to see them than most would. His previous acquaintances and the glimpse of Wild that he got in the forest did nothing to prepare him for this, for the glory of Wild’s wings in full display. So large, so unique a color, so iridescent, so beautiful.

“I’m a... vampire?” Jisung asked, wincing at the rough cadence of his voice after going so long without speaking.
“You are,” Chan replied wearily. “You didn’t... know?”
Jisung shook his head. “I was... attacked— last April,” he started. “And then I woke up as a bat.”
Around him, the group’s eyes widened in near unison. “And you never shifted back?” Seungmin asked, aghast.
Jisung looked down at the bedspread in shame as he shrugged halfheartedly. “I didn’t know I could,” he admitted.
OR
Jisung has been stuck as a bat for months, so long he's fairly certain he'll die like that, until an unlikely coven finds him and takes him in.

When a group of cultists extinguishes Jimin's entire clan, he runs.
He runs and ends up having to learn how to fight alongside the Mins — a human among a clan of dragons. When Jimin and Yoongi are paired together to train, Jimin couldn't understand the dragon any less if he tried.
The courting, the scenting — all of it was new.
Yoongi would give him anything and everything, if asked. Jimin just didn't know it.➶
There was something mournful in having to redefine happiness.

They chat lightly for a little while more before Maddox gets around to his real reason for calling; he wants to see if Joong is still doing okay, and to be updated on what he terms the ‘Seonghwa Situation’. “I’ll be honest, dude, when you didn’t call me begging me to break you out of there by day three, I started thinking maybe you’d tossed yourself in the lake.” He pauses. “Or that maybe Hwa tossed you in and you just… sort of let him, like a lovelorn assclown.”
“That’s a good album name,” Hongjoong replies dryly. “You should write that down.”
“Avoidance,” Maddox notes, “and attitude. You’re down bad. You’re not fucking him again, are you?”
Hongjoong winces guiltily. “No.”
“But you’re gonna.” It’s not a question.
